First time buyers listen up! Bradford named the best place in Britain for those stepping onto the property ladder.
Bradford could be the place to be for future first time buyers, as average property prices sit at around £113,000.
The city which has a population of just under 530,000 could save first time buyers a fortune as they
attempt to get their feet on the housing ladder.
Research has revealed the top 10 areas where first time buyers should be on the lookout for the cheapest
deals. Bradford came top and was more than £30,000 cheaper than the second placed area, Liverpool.
Unsurprisingly the least affordable area for first time buyers is London, where the average price topped
£500,000. It’s no wonder many first time buyers are heading North for their first home.
