Only ESSENTIAL maintenance MUST be directed via our website “Report A Repair” function. This includes:-
Major ESCAPE of WATER (Water Leak)
GAS Boiler failure which would affect Heating and Hot Water.
ELECTRICAL Hot Water failure which would affect the Hot Water within the property
COMPLETE Appliance failure – Initial troubleshooting will be required by the tenant for any “white goods” Oven or Hob failure.
Any BLOCKAGES are the responsibility of the tenant per tenancy obligations.
